  • Location: Data stored in secure data centers with primary infrastructure hosted through AWS with data residency in North America (United States and Canada). Where possible, Canadian user data is stored in Canadian data centers. Some third-party services (Mux video processing, OpenAI coaching) may process data in the United States. We ensure all third-party processors meet Canadian privacy standards and comply with PIPEDA requirements.

When you use AI coaching features, your session data (voice recordings, transcripts, uploaded content) is processed by OpenAI. According to OpenAI's current policies:

  • Data sent via API is NOT used to train OpenAI's models (as of 2025)
  • Data is retained for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted
  • OpenAI processes data in the United States
  • OpenAI's privacy practices are subject to their own privacy policy

You consent to this processing by using AI coaching features. You may opt out by not using AI features, though this significantly limits Service functionality.
